It's a seller's market folks!

This article from the Mercury News is nothing new to people like me who eat, sleep and breath real estate, but I know some home owners/potential sellers out there have some doubts about this seller's market they're hearing about. The real estate market in the Silicon Valley is hot right now if you're a seller. We're seeing multiple offers on most homes with shorter Days On Market. One of the major reasons for this are the cash buyers, many of whom are investors and foreign buyers from China and India.
